Our Playschool Program is designed for children ages 2 to 5 and runs for two hours each session. We believe in creating a nurturing environment where young learners can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Our unique approach to early childhood education emphasizes engaging, hands-on experiences and a rich, living curriculum, fostering a love for learning from the very start.
Who it’s for
3 Focus Areas
Habit Training
We believe in instilling positive habits from a young age, which is why habit training is a core focus of our program. Through consistent practice and reinforcement, children learn important life skills such as responsibility, respect, and self-discipline.
Nature Exploration
From our outdoor nature walks to gardening activities, we encourage children to explore the wonders of the natural world. Through hands-on experiences, they develop a deeper appreciation for the environment and learn valuable lessons about sustainability and conservation.
Rich Literature
Our curriculum is rich in literature, exposing children to a diverse range of stories, poems, and classic tales. Through storytelling, discussions, and dramatic play, children develop language skills, expand their imagination, and cultivate a lifelong love for reading.
Why choose Play School?
Life Skills & Academic Concepts
While play is at the heart of everything we do, we also recognize the importance of preparing children for the future. We introduce essential life skills such as problem- solving, critical thinking, and effective communication. In addition, we gently introduce academic concepts in age-appropriate ways, laying a solid foundation for future learning success.
Preparing for the Future
At our Play School, we are not just preparing children for big school—we are preparing them to take on the world. Our holistic approach to early childhood education equips children with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to navigate life’s challenges and embrace endless possibilities.
Cultivating Young Minds with the Charlotte Mason Approach
Our approach exposes children to a wide array of ideas, sparking curiosity and fostering a love for learning. With a rich blend of literature, outdoor exploration, and the development of lifelong habits, we encourage kids to engage with the world in diverse and meaningful ways. Whether they come back with mud on their clothes, grass stains on their knees, or twigs in their hair, these signs of adventure reflect the valuable connections they make with new concepts and the natural world.
Step into our outdoor classrooms and experience a learning environment like no other. Our spaces are carefully designed to inspire creativity, curiosity, and collaboration. Surrounded by nature, children have the freedom to engage their senses, develop gross motor skills, and connect with the natural world in meaningful ways.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Both Child Care and Play School support early childhood development but serve different purposes:
Child Care focuses on unstructured play, socialization, and daily routines. It provides a nurturing space where children explore, develop creativity, and build social skills through free play. It also has longer hours, making it more like Play School but spread out through the day. This includes lunch and nap times, giving children more time to settle into a comfortable daily rhythm. Mixed-age groups are common, encouraging cooperation and peer learning.
Play School offers a more structured learning environment to prepare children for formal schooling. While play remains a key element, the focus shifts toward building early literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and good learning habits to support a smoother transition into formal education.

Yes, we do! Our Playschool program covers what most families commonly refer to as Nursery or Pre-K. We simply call it "Playschool" to emphasize our play-based approach, but here's how it typically aligns with traditional naming:
Toddlers (2 years old)
Nursery (3 years old)
Pre-K (4 years old)
If you're looking for a nursery or pre-k class, you're in the right place — it's all part of our Playschool program.

We accept children ages 2 to 5, with separate classes for 2-year-olds, 3-year-olds, and 4- to 5-year-olds. Class placement is based on the child’s age as of the school year's cut-off date. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about this.
Our enrollment policy follows the Department of Education’s (DepEd) cutoff requirement, which states that a child must be 5 years old by August 31 of the school year to qualify for kindergarten.
-
Our minimum child-to-teacher ratio is 1:4, ensuring personalized attention and a nurturing learning environment. This ratio may adjust depending on the children's ages to provide the appropriate level of guidance and support.

Our programs strictly adhere to a drop-off policy- However, exceptions may be made in certain circumstances, as stated in the program guidelines. As a general rule, parents/guardians or caregivers are not permitted to stay in the center. This policy is designed to support your child's adjustment to the environment, promoting independence and self-confidence.
You may instead find updates, photos, videos and notes for the day through our school app. This ensures that you remain connected and informed about your child's experiences while they are with us.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require adjustments to your schedule. As fellow parents, we know the importance of flexibility and understanding. Please feel free to reach out to us, and let's have a conversation about your needs. We're here to work together and find a solution that's fair and accommodating for everyone involved.

Weather doesn't hold us back. Rain or shine (except for REALLY bad weather), there's always something to learn outdoors. In fact, each weather condition offers its own unique lessons. Rainy days are perfect for studying water cycles and observing how different plants and animals respond to precipitation. Sunny days invite exploration of shadows, photosynthesis, and the importance of sunscreen.
Ultimately, outdoor classes foster a sense of wonder and curiosity that can't be replicated indoors. They encourage kids to use all their senses, to ask questions, and to engage with the world in a meaningful way. So let's embrace the mess, brave the elements, and let our kids roam free in the great outdoors in appropriate clothing of course!

You may continue with us to Kinder 2! Your child will be assigned a Learner's Reference Number (LRN), which means that your child's Kinder 2 learning is officially recognized, allowing for a smooth transition to a big school or continued learning through homeschooling.
Should you decide to do homeschooling, we have a dedicated program designed to support and guide families through their homeschooling journey.
Whether you choose a traditional school setting or a home-based approach, we’re here to help you navigate the next steps with confidence.
