Our childcare sPACES
Child Care isn’t just about looking after your little ones — it’s an extended day of learning, discovery, and fun. We’ve thoughtfully designed both our outdoor and indoor areas to create a balanced environment where your child can explore, play, and grow at their own pace.
Outdoor area
Our outdoor space is where curiosity comes to life. Here, children can freely explore nature — discovering insects and bugs, identifying new plants, and feeling the sand between their toes. They can climb to new heights on the climbing dome, get creative in the mud kitchen, or enjoy quiet moments as we gather under the tree to read our favorite living books. Every moment outside sparks a sense of wonder and adventure.
Indoor Area
After an active morning outdoors, our cozy indoor space offers a safe and calming place to rest and recharge. There’s a dedicated play area for those ready to keep the fun going, with engaging activities thoughtfully prepared to encourage creativity and connection. We also have a cozy, quiet corner where children can take their afternoon naps, helping them feel rested and refreshed for more play and discovery. On particularly hot or stormy days, we stay indoors, ensuring that play and learning continue comfortably and safely.
Child Care & Beyond
If your child has diverse learning needs, we know how challenging it can be to find the right support. We see you, and we’re here for you.
Pathways Program
Also under our Child Care Program, we offer the Pathways Program — a specialized, nature-based developmental program designed to help children thrive through play, social interaction, and guided support from licensed teachers and therapists.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Both Child Care and Play School support early childhood development but serve different purposes:
Child Care focuses on unstructured play, socialization, and daily routines. It provides a nurturing space where children explore, develop creativity, and build social skills through free play. It also has longer hours, making it more like Play School but spread out through the day. This includes lunch and nap times, giving children more time to settle into a comfortable daily rhythm. Mixed-age groups are common, encouraging cooperation and peer learning.
Play School offers a more structured learning environment to prepare children for formal schooling. While play remains a key element, the focus shifts toward building early literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and good learning habits to support a smoother transition into formal education.

We accept children aged 1 to 8 years old in our Childcare Program.
-
Our minimum child-to-teacher ratio is 1:4, ensuring personalized attention and a nurturing learning environment. This ratio may adjust depending on the children's ages to provide the appropriate level of guidance and support.
-
Our programs strictly adhere to a drop-off policy- However, exceptions may be made in certain circumstances, as stated in the program guidelines. As a general rule, parents/guardians or caregivers are not permitted to stay in the center. This policy is designed to support your child's adjustment to the environment, promoting independence and self-confidence.
You may instead find updates, photos, videos and notes for the day through our school app. This ensures that you remain connected and informed about your child's experiences while they are with us.

Weather doesn't hold us back either. Rain or shine (except for REALLY bad weather), there's always something to learn outdoors. In fact, each weather condition offers its own unique lessons. Rainy days are perfect for studying water cycles and observing how different plants and animals respond to precipitation. Sunny days invite exploration of shadows, photosynthesis, and the importance of sunscreen.
Ultimately, outdoor classes foster a sense of wonder and curiosity that can't be replicated indoors. They encourage kids to use all their senses, to ask questions, and to engage with the world in a meaningful way. So let's embrace the mess, brave the elements, and let our kids roam free in the great outdoors in appropriate clothing of course!
